The principals of ANDA Realty Capital have successfully assembled multiple investment portfolios of office, retail, hotel, and industrial real estate assets during the investment cycles of 1997-2005 and 2010-Present. The portfolios were concentrated primarily in Southern California, with an emphasis on Los Angeles County. The majority of the assets included a value-add component with a repositioning through innovatively designed renovations and creative marketing campaigns. In the case of the 1997-2005 real estate cycle, the ANDA Realty principals and their partners were able to execute a sale of the final portion of the portfolio in 2005 in advance of the pending real estate crash, leaving no legacy assets to suffer through the following 2008-2009 recession.
